Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of high density nickel powder especially having median diameter of 100 to 160 μm by controlling particle diameter of a nickel powder.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a nickel powder having median diameter of 100 μm to 160 μm and bulk density of 1 to 4.5 g/cmby inputting a nickel ammine complex solution containing nickel at concentration of 5 g/L to 75 g/L together with seed crystal at amount of 5 g to 200 g per 1 liter of the solution into a pressurized container having a mixer and increasing temperature, then conducting a reduction reaction with hydrogen by blowing hydrogen gas into the pressured container, repetitively conducting a defined A operation at least once after initial operation to obtain nickel in the nickel ammine complex solution as a nickel powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
