Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose with a joint capable of adjusting a caulking amount according to an uneven shape of a corrugated tube, and a manufacturing method for the hose with the joint capable of adjusting the caulking amount according to the uneven shape of the corrugated tube.SOLUTION: A hose 100 with a joint includes a corrugated tube 1 formed into an uneven shape along an axis O, and a joint C attached to an end part 1e of the corrugated tube 1. The joint C includes an inner cylindrical member 4 arranged at an inside in a radial direction of the corrugated tube 1, and an outer cylindrical member 5 arranged at an outside in the radial direction of the corrugated tube 1. The inner cylindrical member 4 has a convex part 4p projecting radially outward. The convex part 4p is arranged in a concave shape n formed on an inner peripheral surface 1f of the corrugated tube 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
