Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hydrocracked oil where the time for selectively removing coke generated in a hydrocracking step can be reduced by sedimentation solid-liquid separation, and also, equipment cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing hydrocracked oil using petroleum-based heavy oil containing heavy metal components as raw material, including: a step where petroleum-based heavy oil, an iron-based catalyst and a hydrogen gas are mixed; a step where, after the mixing, the petroleum-based heavy oil is subjected to hydrocracking in a suspension bed reactor; a step where the reaction product after the hydrocracking step is subjected to gas-liquid separation by a multistage gas-liquid separator; a step where a part of the solid-liquid phase obtained in the gas-liquid separation step is circulated through the mixing step; and a step where a mixture of the remainder of the solid-liquid phase after the circulation step and the solvent for the solid-liquid separation is subjected to solid-liquid separation by a centrifugal separator, and the solvent for solid-liquid separation includes an aromatic lightweight solvent and a naphtha fraction and a kerosene fraction obtained by a hydrocracking method by above 10 mass%, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
