Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an insulation conductor wire material capable of forming an insulation coated film having uniform thickness and less air bubble by using a relatively simple facility.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an insulation conductor wire material by coating an insulation wire material having a plane with a groove formed with an insulation coating, including an electrodeposition process for impregnating the conductor wire material in an electrodeposition liquid and forming an insulation layer on a surface of the conductor wire material by an electrodeposition method, an electrodeposition liquid removal process for taking out the conductor wire material with the insulation layer formed from the electrodeposition liquid, spraying a gas to a surface in a plane side with the groove formed of the conductor wire material and removing the electrodeposition liquid adhered to the insulation layer, and a galling process for heating the conductor wire material with the insulation layer formed from which the electrodeposition liquid is removed, galling the insulation layer to the conductor wire material and coating the conductor wire material with the insulation coating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
