Abstract:
To provide an insulated conductor which has high lubricity on a surface of an insulation film, has high flexibility of the insulation film, and prevents large cracking of the insulation film.SOLUTION: An insulated conductor 10 has a conductor 11 and an insulation film 12 provided on the surface of the conductor 11, in which the insulation film 12 has a low concentration fluorine layer 13 arranged on the surface side of the conductor 11 and a high concentration fluorine layer 14 arranged on at least a part of the outside surface of the low concentration fluorine layer 13, the low concentration fluorine layer 13 contains a cured product of a thermosetting resin and a fluorine resin and has a fluorine atom content relatively lower than that of the high concentration fluorine layer 14, and the high concentration fluorine layer 14 contains a cured product of a thermosetting resin and a fluorine resin and has a fluorine atom content relatively higher than that of the low concentration fluorine layer 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
