PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an integrated type impeller of a centrifugal compressor which is good in processing precision, inexpensive, and short in read time.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an integrated type impeller 10 is a method of manufacturing the integrated type impeller 10 comprising a first shroud 11 forming a bottom part, a second shroud 12 forming a lid part, a hub 13 formed at a center part of the first shroud 11, and a blade 14 defining a flow passage 15 which is formed between the first shroud 11 and second shroud 12 and in which a fluid flows. The method of manufacturing the integrated type impeller includes a process of forming a flow passage on an inner peripheral side of the impeller 10, and a process of forming a flow passage on an outer peripheral side of the impeller 10, and the process of forming the flow passage on the outer peripheral side of the impeller 10 comprises a process of performing creation discharge processing on the first shroud 11 by rotating a linear electrode 21 having a front end part and a base end part on an axis in a longer direction, a process of performing creation discharge processing on the second shroud 12, and a process of performing creation discharge processing on the blade 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
