Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fixings for vehicle which can keep high designability for a long term and can be manufactured efficiently.SOLUTION: A vacuum forming mold 6 forms a main body of surface skin material 30 consisting of thermoplastic resin. Stitches 40 are added with thread 4 to the main body of surface skin materials 30. A part of the formation part of the stitches 40 in the back side of a surface skin material 3 is covered with a thermoplastic resin sheet material 5. An injection molding tool 7 having an upper die 72 and a lower die 71 is prepared. The surface skin material 3 is set on the set surface 72a of the upper die 72 so that the resin sheet material 5 faces with the lower die 71. The injection molding tool 7 is closed, thermoplastic resin is filled within a cavity 8 formed between the back side of the surface skin material 3 set on the upper die 72 and the die surface 71a of the lower die 71, and a base material 2 is provided.
