Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a support plate including a transparent conductive layer in an intermediate member for a liquid crystal element and to prevent a fluid material comprising a liquid crystal material from flowing out from above the support plate.SOLUTION: Intermediate members 41-44 for a liquid crystal element have a first support plate 11, and a liquid crystal mixture material layer 27 disposed on the first support plate 11 and spaced from both end edges 11A, 11B in a first direction dc of the first support plate 11. The first support plate 11 has a first substrate 13, a first transparent conductive layer 14 disposed on the first substrate 13, and a pair of resin layers 28 disposed on the first support plate 11 and between the liquid crystal mixture material layer 27 and each of the end edges 11A, 11B in the first direction dc of the first support plate 11, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
