PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental jig capable of safely removing fixture by cutting an alveolar bone, with a trephine bar stabilized, artificial bone for filling a removal hole, trephine bar, and manufacturing method for the dental jig.SOLUTION: A dental jig 100 is placed on a head 21 of a fixture 20, and includes a guide part 11 with an outer peripheral surface 111a formed thereon, the outer peripheral surface coming into contact with an inner peripheral surface 314 of a trephine bar 30. The guide part 11 is formed to have a larger diameter than that of the head part 21 of the fixture 20. The inner peripheral surface 314 of the trephine bar 30 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface 111a as the outer peripheral surface of a first part 111 of the guide part 11 to be guided to the first part 111, so that a blade part 311 can deeply dig an alveolar bone B0 along the axis line of the fixture 20. Consequently, an alveolar bone BC around the fixture 20 embedded in a patient is cut by the trephine bar 30 so as to remove the fixture 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
