To provide a laminated piezoelectric device comprising an organic piezoelectric body formed by laminating a plurality of organic piezoelectric sheet materials, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof, an ultrasonic probe equipped with the laminated piezoelectric device, and an ultrasonographic device.
The laminated piezoelectric device which converts an electric signal and an ultrasonic signal mutually using piezoelectric phenomenon includes: an organic piezoelectric body 24a formed by laminating a plurality of organic piezoelectric sheets 24 composed of an organic piezoelectric layer 241 of an organic piezoelectric sheet material, an electrode layer 242 formed on one major surface of the organic piezoelectric layer 241, and an adhesive layer 243 formed on the other major surface of the organic piezoelectric layer 241.
