PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid treatment plant capable of reducing a land area, a construction period and a cost while making the degree of freedom of installation of piping high.SOLUTION: A liquid treatment plant 10 includes: a plurality of pieces of treatment equipment 12 for applying a specified treatment to a liquid to be treated; and a frame 14 that comprises a foundation 19, a plurality of column members 20 vertically extended from the foundation 19, and a plurality of beam members 22 extended in a horizontal direction. The plurality of pieces of treatment equipment 12 are arranged in a decentralized manner on a plurality of stories of the frame 14, and the uppermost story of the frame 14 has no roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
