Abstract:
To easily form a magnet which is used for a motor.SOLUTION: An admixture 30 containing magnet powder 31 and a binder 32 is filled in a metal mold 42 of a magnetic field molding apparatus 40, and an orientation magnetic field is applied to the admixture 30 by orientation devices 43, 46 to orientate the magnetic powder 31. Then, an orientation sheet magnet 50 having flexibility is generated by the admixture 30. Thus, at a molding stage of the orientation sheet magnet 50 having flexibility, the orientation sheet magnet 50 is orientated. The orientation sheet magnet 50 is attached to an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical yoke 11, and magnetization processing is performed to be made into a cylindrical magnet 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
