Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing an electrolytic aluminum foil, capable of suppressing the reduction of concentration of Al ions on the surface of a cathode pole, stabilizing the concentration and continuously, sufficiently supplying Al ions.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electrolytic aluminum foil comprises: depositing aluminum on the surface of a drum-shaped cathode pole facing an anode pole through a plating solution to form foil; and forming the liquid flow of the plating solution toward the surface of the cathode pole from the anode pole side. The apparatus for manufacturing an electrolytic aluminum foil includes the drum-shaped cathode pole and the anode pole facing the cathode pole in a sealed container and the circulation unit of the plating solution. In the anode pole, a plurality of flow passages forming the liquid flow of the plating solution toward the surface of the cathode pole are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
