Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing occurrence of damage to a mandrel and an outer diameter restrictive die, and achieving improvement in accuracy of a shape of a ring-shaped member after processing.SOLUTION: A mandrel 23a consists of a pair of support shaft parts 37a, 37b and a rolling shaft part 38 provided between both support shaft parts 37a, 37b in an axial direction. One support shaft part 37a is provided in a state of restricting displacement in the axial direction with respect to the rolling shaft part 38. The other support shaft part 37b is provided in a displaceable state in the direction when pressing force in a direction away from the rolling shaft part 38 is applied from a metal material. An outer diameter restrictive die 36 is composed of a pair of outer diameter restrictive die elements 59a, 59b aligned in the axial direction. Both outer diameter restrictive die elements 59a, 59b are provided in a state displaceable in a direction separating from each other when pressing force in a predetermined axial direction is applied from the metal material to both outer diameter restrictive die elements 59a, 59b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
