Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fabricate a rolling bearing device capable of reducing a fluctuation of torque in a short time.SOLUTION: A method of fabricating a rolling bearing device includes: a rotation process of rotating inner wheels around a shaft with respect to outer wheels of a rolling bearing device assembly in which the shaft is fitted in a press fit state to the inner wheels of two rolling bearings arranged concentrically with an interval in the axial direction; a pushing process of pushing the inner wheels, which are rotated with respect to the outer wheels, in such a direction that the inner wheels are moved close to each other in the axial direction; a torque measuring process of measuring a torque transmitted from the inner wheels to the outer wheels when the inner wheels are rotated with respect to the outer wheels while the inner wheels are pushed; and a deciding process of deciding whether or not a difference between the measured torque measurement value and a target value is a predetermined threshold or less; wherein, when it is decided that the difference is the threshold or less, the rotation of the inner wheels according to the rotation process and the pushing of the inner wheels according to the pushing process are ended and, when it is decided that the difference is larger than the threshold, an additional pushing amount is calculated based on the torque measurement value and the target value to return to the pushing process.
