Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer exhibiting an excellent drying efficiency while saving on a fuel cost, and an economical method for producing fertilizer using it. SOLUTION: The dryer comprises an opening for throwing in an article being dried, an opening for taking out the dried article, a carrier for carrying the article being dried to the opening for taking out the dried article, an opening for ejecting air to the article being dried from the upper side of the carrier, an air circulation system for sucking the air ejected to the article being dried from the under side of the carrier and ejecting it again to the article being dried from the upper side of the carrier, and a drying container having an opening for discharging an offensive smell generated from the article being dried by ejecting air thereto. A method for producing fertilizer using the dryer is also provided.
