Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a member, which reduces energy consumption while improving the yield of a material.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a member that comprises a small diameter part having an outer diameter smaller than an outer diameter of a member to be processed, and a projection part projecting in a radial direction of the member to be processed, in S103, the member to be processed is rolled while pressing a first contact plate and a second contact plate against a part of an outer peripheral wall surface of a small diameter part forming portion of the member to be processed. Thus, a material of the small diameter part forming portion moves in a direction along the central axis of the member to be processed, and the small diameter part is formed. In S104, a roller moves relatively to the member to be processed in the radial direction while being pressed against a part of an outer peripheral wall surface of a projection part forming portion of the member to be processed. Thus, a material of the projection part forming portion moves outward in the radial direction of the member to be processed, and a projection part is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
