Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal/resin composite structure that is excellent in bond strength between a metal member and a resin member formed from a polyamide, to provide a sliding component, and to provide a method for producing the metal/resin composite structure.SOLUTION: The metal/resin composite structure 106 has a resin member 105 including a polyamide (A) and a metal member 103 bonded through a primer layer 108 including a polyamide (B). The polyamide (A) has a melting point Tof 240°C or more and the polyamide (B) has a melting point Tof less than 240°C. The primer layer 108 is obtained by applying a primer coating liquid prepared by dispersing or dissolving the polyamide (B) in a liquid to the surface of the metal member 103 and drying them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
