Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic tone gauge board capable of being manufactured at low cost even while having high designability.SOLUTION: A metallic tone gauge board includes a line drawing pattern layer 2 formed only on one surface of a transparent or semitransparent sheet 1, and a character formation part and a background layer formed on the other surface of the sheet. The line drawing pattern layer 2 is formed by the following processes: an ultraviolet curable resin applied on a three-dimensional pattern forming surface of a mold is superposed on one surface of the sheet; the ultraviolet curable resin is cured by applying an ultraviolet ray from the surface of the sheet; and the mold is removed. The character formation part transmits light applied from the character formation part side of the sheet. The background layer prevents transmission of the light, and has a background of the gauge board.
