Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of preventing deterioration of motor performance and precisely molding a resin housing even when a stator is subjected to insert molding, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A motor includes: a stator 40 that has a cylindrical core body and teeth 32 that radially inwardly protrude from an inner peripheral surface of the core body and on which wiring is wound, and in which the core body can be divided in a circumferential direction for each of the teeth 32; and a first resin housing 121 for covering circumference of the stator 40 such that at least an inner end in a radial direction of the teeth 32 is exposed. The first resin housing 121 includes a resin injection trace 130 that is formed after a resin material is injected on an outer peripheral surface outside in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
