Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum foil by improving detachability of the aluminum foil from an electrodeposition surface of a roughening treated cathode drum and the cathode drum used for manufacturing the aluminum foil.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an aluminum foil by deposing an aluminum coated film on a surface of a cathode drum by electrolysis and detaching the same, an electrodeposition surface of the cathode drum has a rough surface part of a center part and a smooth part of both terminal parts, surface roughness Raof the rough part of the cathode drum is 0.1 μm to 0.6 μm, surface roughness Raof the smooth part is 0.01 μm to 0.10 μm and each width of the smooth part is 0.1% to 10.0% of width of the rough surface part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
