Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which LiPOis added to a positive electrode active material layer, lithium bis (oxalate) borate is added to a nonaqueous electrolytic solution, and capacity deterioration at the time of long-term storage under high temperature is highly suppressed.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery disclosed herein includes: a step S101 of preparing an electrode body using a positive electrode equipped with a positive electrode active material layer containing LiPO; and a step S102 of housing the electrode body, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing lithium bis (oxalate) borate in a battery case. When mass of LiPOis defined as α(g), the mass of the lithium bis (oxalate) borate is β(g), and capacity of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is defined as γ(Ah), a positive electrode satisfies 0.039≤α/γ≤0.977, and the nonaqueous electrolytic solution satisfies 0.0174≤β/γ≤0.6522.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
