Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a paper-made body capable of achieving a paper-made body which enables free arrangement of different types of fiber fillers in a plane direction and is excellent in strength.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a paper-made body includes: a first paper-making step of passing a first slurry containing a first binder resin, a first fiber filler and a first solvent through a filter to form a first paper-making layer on the surface of the filter; and a second paper-making step of bringing a second slurry containing a second binder resin, a second fiber filler different from the first fiber filler and a second solvent into contact with the first paper-making layer and passing the second slurry through the filter to form a second paper-making layer on the surface of the filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
