Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively and efficiently manufacturing a component of transplant for organism using a corrosive iron alloy without need for additional surgical treatments for removing the transplant.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a component containing an iron alloy material for manufacturing the component from a mixture of powder by a cumulative laminate molding method by mixing a pre-alloy powder containing, by wt.%, 0.01 to 1% of C, 0.01 to 30% of Mn, 6% or less of Al and 0.05 to 6.0% of Si and the balance Fe as a normal contaminant with at least one of powder of Ag, powder of Au, powder of Pd or powder of Pt to manufacture a mixture of powder containing at least one of Ag, Au, Pd or Pt of 0.1 to 20%, applying the mixture of powder on a carrier 16 with powder application means 14, irradiating the mixture of powder applied on the carrier 16 selectively with electromagnetic radiation or particulate radiation by irradiation means 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
