Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-junction solar cell as an alternative to a dye-sensitized solar cell inferior in durability and an organic thin-film solar cell inferior in light resistance and moisture resistance.SOLUTION: A solid-junction photoelectric conversion element 1 has a photoelectric conversion layer 3 between a pair of transparent electrode substrates 2 each comprising a transparent substrate 21 and a transparent electrode layer 22 formed on the transparent substrate 21. In the photoelectric conversion layer 3, a first semiconductor layer 4 obtained by depositing or adsorbing an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite compound onto the surface of a carbon nanotube layer formed on the electrode substrates is embedded in a second semiconductor layer 5 comprising an inorganic perovskite compound and/or an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite compound.
