Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plated part, suppressing a formation of a plated film in a place other than a predetermined pattern and being capable of forming a plated film only on the predetermined pattern.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a plated part includes steps of: forming a catalytic activity hindering layer on a surface of a substrate; heating or light irradiating a part of the surface of the substrate; holding an electroless plating catalyst on the surface of the substrate; and forming an electroless plating film on a heated part or a light irradiated part of the surface by contacting an electroless plating solution on the surface of the substrate holding the electroless plating catalyst.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
