Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method enabling continuously molding in a production of a polyurethane resin suitable for a shield material for an integrally molded window.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a polyurethane resin for an integrally molded window for an automobile which reacts and cures a mixture containing a polyol composition (A), an aromatic polyamine (B), a polyisocyanate component (C) and an urethane formation catalyst, (A) contains a polyether polyol (a1), the content of (a1) is 50-100 wt.% based on the total weight of (A), (C) contains an NCO group-terminated polyurethane prepolymer (C1) obtained by reacting diphenylmethane diisocyanate with low-molecular polyol (A2). The method includes a step of reacting and curing the mixture in a sealed form having glass or an iron plate provided therein.
