Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of gas due to an organic acid produced in the curing step of silicon resin, in a production process of a dust core using silicon resin having an organic acid.SOLUTION: In a method of producing a dust core by mixing and pressure molding silicon resin having metal magnetic powder and an organic acid, and an inorganic compound, the inorganic compound contains metal ions of group II element. The method of producing a dust core includes at least a step for mixing the inorganic compound and silicon resin having the organic acid, and bonding a conjugate base due to the organic acid and a cation due to the inorganic compound.
