Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin container having a coating which is dense, thin, and is excellent in gas barrier properties; and a resin easily coating apparatus.SOLUTION: A resin container includes a resin container 101 and a metal oxide film 102 provided on at least one of the inner surface and the outer surface of the container 101. The metal oxide film 102 is formed by layering a plurality of atomic layers in which metal constituting the metal oxide film is deposited by the unit of atoms, and has a film thickness of 5 nm to 100 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
