Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ring-shaped member capable of suppressing manufacturing cost for changeover parts of a manufacturing device which are required when the ring-shaped member to be manufactured is changed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ring-shaped member 4 comprises: providing an annular die 9 between an outer diameter surface of a main roll 8 and an outer diameter surface of a mandrel 10; and rolling a cylindrical second ring-shaped intermediate material 3 between an inner diameter surface of the die 9 and the outer diameter of the mandrel 10, while rolling the cylindrical second ring-shaped intermediate material 3 between a pair of axial rolls 11a, 11b. When the ring-shaped member 4 to be manufactured is changed, at least one of the die 9 and the mandrel 10 is replaced according to a shape and dimensions of the ring-shaped member after the change, while the main roll is kept unreplaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
