Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveyance device capable of changing easily the number of holding parts according to change of the number of stop positions of a rotary table, a manufacturing method for an electronic component conveyance device, and a rotary table.SOLUTION: An electronic component conveyance device is provided with an arm mounting position 210 in which an arm 23 having a suction nozzle 24 is detachably mounted and has a rotary table 21 rotating intermittently in a circumferential direction. A plurality of arm mounting positions 210 are provided at circumferentially equally distributed positions correspondingly to a set number of stop positions of intermittent rotation, and the arms 23 of a divisor of the set number are mounted in the arm mounting positions 210 at the circumferentially equally distributed positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
