Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE WITH BUILT-IN SPEED CHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017163816
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that as it is important to narrow a gap in order to increase torque, it requires a complicated step and a high level technique to assemble a general electric machine configured so that a cylindrical rotator is inserted into a tubular stator, when narrowing the gap thereof.SOLUTION: For a rotary electric machine with a built-in speed changer which is configured so that a stator-side magnet faces a rotor-side magnet in an axial direction, at first a rotary electric machine with a built-in speed changer having a gap length of G=0 is temporarily assembled using two or more of either of gap adjustment wheels and gap adjustment gears whose diameters through which is passed a driving shaft are D, and then disassembled, and the wheels or the gears are replaced with two or more of either of gap adjustment wheels and gap adjustment gears whose diameters are (D+2Δg) to reassemble the rotary electric machine with a built-in speed changer, where an arbitrary gap length is Δg. This allows the rotary electric machine with a built-in speed changer having the arbitrary gap length of G=Δg to be easily manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
