Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber composition capable of obtaining a rubber composition having a high yield of silica.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a rubber composition containing rubber latex (A) and silica particles (B) which includes: adding a water-soluble polymer compound (C) to (A) and (B) until the total amount of (A) and (B) finishes contacting a coagulating agent (D), when (A) and (B) contact (D) and are co-coagulated, where (B) is 20-200 pts.wt. (in terms of solid content), (C) is 0.05-10 pts.wt.(in terms of solid content) and (D) is 5-50 pts.wt. (in terms of solid content), with respect to (A) of 100 pts.wt.
