Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber crawler less likely to generate a joint crack and capable of being used stably, and to provide a method of manufacturing the rubber crawler.SOLUTION: A coating member 12 is vulcanized and bonded in a state covering a surface of a joint portion 17 on a side facing a road surface, and the surface of the coating member 12 is configured to be in a same plane as the surfaces of rubber belts 14 and 16. Consequently, a portion where end faces 14a and 16a are abutted to each other is not exposed to a surface of a rubber crawler 10 on a side facing a road surface, that means, not exposed to the outer surface 10-1 side. Consequently, when a vehicle mounted with the rubber crawler 10 travels, there is no situation of directly touching a road surface. Accordingly, it is possible to avoid a concentration of stresses to a portion where the end face 14a and the end face 16a are abutted to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
