PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator member which forms a scintillator at a high filling rate along the wall surface of a partition wall without damaging the partition wall, has a wide selection range of partition wall materials, and can be applied to various partition wall materials.SOLUTION: A scintillator member 100 is formed, which is equipped with a layered scintillator 104 formed by crystallization along a wall surface 102 of a partition wall 101 by immersing the partition wall 101 into a solution 202 having the scintillator dissolved thereinto and precipitating the scintillator on the wall surface 102 of the partition wall 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
