PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure required strength in a new concrete product even if a big concrete cinder is used in a prepacked concrete construction method and a postpacked concrete construction method.SOLUTION: Provided is mortar for injection used for a prepacked concrete construction method or a postpacked concrete construction method using concrete cinder cracked to a size of 200 to 500 nm as a coarse aggregate, and seawater is used as kneading water of kneading a binder and a fine aggregate.
