Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sealer having a desired shape by a smaller number of applications compared to a case where a sealer is manufactured by applying a liquid material in an overlapping manner.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a sealer includes: an application step where a liquid material, which has elasticity and causes shape change by external force after hardening, is discharged to be applied to a member surface; a hardening step where the liquid material is hardened; and a deformation step where airflow is applied to the liquid material to deform the liquid material after the liquid material is discharged and before the liquid material is hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
