Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of vehicle seat core material in which a hook tool is mounted to be integrally formed in a thermoplastic resin foam particle formed product and with the producing method of vehicle seat core material, sheet core material having extremely excellent size accuracy may be obtained.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for producing vehicle seat core material by integral formation, in which a hook tool for fixation of a sheet onto a vehicle is mounted in thermoplastic resin foam particle formed product, and the hook tool is connected by a connecting member embedded along with a longitudinal direction at the front side of the foam particle formed product. Apparent density of the thermoplastic resin foam particle formed product is 0.015 to 0.3 g/cm. A folded part folded to a thickness direction is arranged on the connecting member. A gap is formed at the outer side of the folded part on the foam particle formed product moiety where the folded part is embedded during or subsequent to formation of the foam particle formed product from the surface of the foam particle formed product to the folded part in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: None
