Abstract:
To propose a novel manufacturing method of a sintered ore, providing enhancement of productivity and strength, by using one manufactured by heating a part of iron ore powder of a sintering blend raw material using a heat of sintering machine cooler in advance, to prepare a heat granulation raw material for sintering, and inserting the same into the sintering machine.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a sintered ore for manufacturing the sintered ore by sintering a granulation raw material for sintering in a sintering machine, using the heat granulation raw material for sintering by inserting at least a part of the iron ore powder onto a high temperature sintered ore to be cooled in a sintering machine cooler and heating the same, and adding the heated iron ore powder obtained thereby to the sintering blend raw material together with a returned ore, and inserting the same to a drum mixer to granulate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
