Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a slide bearing and the slide bearing, capable of suppressing a total outflow oil amount, and obtaining a further friction reduction effect.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a slide bearing in which halved members 2, 2 obtained by dividing a cylinder into two parts in parallel with an axial direction are arranged vertically has: a thin groove formation step (first step) in which a thin groove 3 is provided in a circumferential direction on a downstream side in a rotation direction at the axial end part of the lower halved member 2; a satin finish surface formation step (second step) in which shot-blasting is executed on the surface of the thin groove 3; and a coating layer formation step (third step) in which a coating layer 23 is formed on the surface of the halved member 2.
