Title:
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016127658
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an insulator 10 to a stator core 1 unitarily without deteriorating magnetic characteristics of a magnetic steel sheet 2 and to also prevent a physical constitution of a stator 30 from being enlarged, in manufacturing the stator 30.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a stator 30 in which a thermoplastic resin insulator 10 is fixed to teeth 3 of a stator core 1 formed from a laminated steel sheets 2 is provided that comprises the steps of: disposing an aluminum plate 5 in a lamination-direction outermost layer of the laminated steel sheets 2; integrating the disposed aluminum plate 5 and the laminated steel sheets 2; and fusing and bonding the insulator 10 inserted into the teeth 3 of the stator core 1, and the aluminum plate 5 by hot press. Damage during hot press to the magnetic steel sheets 2 is reduced by the existence of the aluminum plate 5, and magnetic characteristics can be prevented from being deteriorated. Further, no varnish is used for fixture, such that enlargement of the physical constitution may also be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
