Abstract:
To provide a device and a control method capable of measuring continuously a characteristic value of a raw material in a processing process, and controlling a previous process at a real time on the basis of a continuous measurement result of the characteristic value.SOLUTION: A storage unit of grains includes a silo part 3 for storing grains 2, a put-out mechanism 4 for putting out the grains 2 from the silo part 3, a sensor 6 capable of measuring continuously a characteristic value of the grains 2 put out from the silo part 3, and a put-out control mechanism 7 for controlling the put-out mechanism 4 based on at least either of an integrated value and a secular change of the characteristic value measured by the sensor 6.
