Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a container for housing a nonaqueous battery including an electrode lead wire member, the corrosion resistance of which is enhanced so as to prolong the life of a lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a container for housing a nonaqueous battery including an electrode lead wire member 18 using a film laminate having at least a metal foil and a first sealant layer consisting of a sealant resin film in the exterior material, a corrosion-resistant thin film coating layer 22, and a second sealant layer 23 consisting of a sealant resin film using a resin of the same kind as that of the first sealant layer are laminated, in order, on the surface of a metallic lead-out sealing part 21, the thin film coating layer 22 is heat treated and cross-linked or made amorphous, thus producing a waterproof electrode lead wire member 18. Thereafter, the first sealant layer of the exterior material, and the second sealant layer 23 of the electrode lead wire member 18 are thermally bonded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
