Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a crack on a metalization layer of a retainer holding an object onto a surface of a ceramic plate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a retainer, comprises: a coating step of coating a photoactivity metalization paste as a formation material of a metalization layer onto a predetermined member; an exposure developing step of forming an intermediate product having a specific pattern shape formed in a curve profile in which an edge of at least one corner part in which one liner part and the other liner part are crossed on a predetermined member has a predetermined curvature radius by performing an exposure and an image development of the photoactivity metalization paste to be coated on the predetermine member; and a burning step of forming the metalization layer having the specific pattern shape by burning the intermediate product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
