PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of telmisartan-containing granules that is capable of being produced in a short time and is capable of inhibiting blocking by moisture absorption, as well as to provide a production method of a telmisartan-containing tablet using the telmisartan-containing granules.SOLUTION: A production method of telmisartan-containing granules comprises: a steps of preparing a telmisartan and basic substance-containing material that contains telmisartan and at least one kind of basic substance; an absorption step of contacting a telmisartan and basic substance-containing material to calcium silicate and allowing the calcium silicate to adsorb the telmisartan and basic substance-containing material; and a drying step of drying the calcium silicate to which the telmisartan and basic substance-containing material is adsorbed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
