Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional shape molded object of which warpage deformation is reduced.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a three-dimensional shape molded object in which a powder layer formation and a solidification layer 24 formation by irradiation of a light beam are repeated, in particular, in which while arranging a dummy solidification layer 24' on one main surface of a molded plate 21', by using a plate laminate 50 formed with the molded plate 21'and the dummy solidification layer 24' as a bed of the three-dimensional shape molded object, a three-dimensional shape molded object 24 is manufactured on the other main surface of the molded plate 21'. A method of obtaining a plate laminate 50 by applying a flattening process to the warp-deformed laminate obtained by forming the above dummy solidification layer, in which in the flattening process, opposite both main surfaces of the warp-deformed laminate 50 is subjected to a polishing process, followed by applying a blast process to the plate laminate 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
