Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform poring even in the case plate thickness that is a capability limit of a punching machine is exceeded, regarding a tube plate of a cooler of a totally-enclosed rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A totally-enclosed rotary electric machine comprises a rotor, a stator, a frame, two bearings, a bearing bracket, and a cooler. The cooler includes multiple cooling tubes, two tube plate structures 120 supporting both ends of the cooling tubes, and a cooler cover. Each of the two tube plate structures 120 includes multiple plate elements 121 and 122 in the same shape. In the multiple plate elements 121 and 122, multiple through-holes 121a having an equal diameter are mutually formed at the same position. The multiple plate elements are bonded with each other in multiple locations while being overlapped with each other in such a manner that all the through-holes 121a come to the same position on a plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
