Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of power transformer capable of shortening operation time at a high place while improving safety when assembling the power transformer, and to provide an assembly template used when assembling the power transformer.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of power transformer 1 includes a body assembly step (S1) of assembling a power transformer body 5 by assembling an iron core 3 and a winding 4, and a unit assembly step (S2) of assembling a tap switcher 6 to a wooden frame 12, and assembling a timber-work unit 7 by disposing a lead wire 11 for connection with a cord 10 of the power transformer body 5, executed separately from the body assembly step (S1). In the unit assembly step (S2), a template 14, on which an identifier 14c indicating the position of a terminal provided in the cord 10 is listed, is used. In a stage before the timber-work unit 7 is assembled to the power transformer body 5, position of the terminal of the lead wire 11 is determined at the position of the terminal provided in the cord 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
