Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt capable of preventing fray and fluff of a warp yarn while suppressing damage to both end parts in a belt width direction.SOLUTION: A conveyor belt 1 comprises: a core body canvas 2 having a plurality of warp yarns 2a extending in a belt longitudinal direction and a plurality of weft yarns 2b extending in a belt width direction; two cover layers (elastic body layers) 4, 5 formed of an elastic material; and two adhesion layers 3, 3 respectively covering entire one side of the core body canvas 2 and bonding the cover layers 4, 5 and the core body canvas 2. The length of the core body canvas 2 in the belt width direction is the same as a belt width of the conveyor belt 1. The core body canvas 2 has weft independent parts 2c at both end parts in the belt width direction, which are composed of end parts of the plurality of weft yarns 2b in the belt width direction and do not include the warp yarn 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
