PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plant sterol glycoside at a high concentration.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a plant sterol glycoside includes a first extraction step of processing rice bran from brown rice as a raw material with a supercritical extraction operation using carbon dioxide; and a second extraction step of processing the product with a supercritical extraction operation using carbon dioxide and ethanol.
